FAQ’S  

  • We have a strict 8 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made through the app, we ask if you can no longer attend you cancel your class on the app so somebody on the waitlist can take your place.

  • No, we need a minimum of three in the class for the class to go ahead. You will receive a text message at least 2 hours before the class is cancelled and a credit will be given.

  • If someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class and notified through the app.

  • Whether you can do pilates depends on your circumstances, you should consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns.

    • Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.

    • Grip socks are recommended and can be purchased in the studio.

    • Drink bottle and sweat towel is advised.

  • Babies and children are only allowed in our specific Mums and Bubs classes.

  • No, our classes cater for all fitness levels, however we recommend your first few classes are booked in the beginners class, just till you feel comfortable to progress.

  • We will happily put your membership on hold if you plan to go on holidays, we just need seven days notice.

  • Yes, the memberships act as a subscription and renew every 7 days for 12 weeks.

    The packages for the 5 class pack expire after 3 months, and the 10 and 20 class packs expire after 6 months.
