Reformer Balance

This class is perfect for everyone! This full body workout uses the reformer to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body with low-impact, high resistance movements. Modifications and progressions are offered to suit all different fitness levels

-Clients with a solid Pilates base (10+ Reformer Balance classes). 

A dynamic, full-body Pilates workout on the reformer that builds strength, balance, and coordination. This class includes advanced movements and is perfect for those ready to push their practice further.

This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and mobility. We use the reformer to target muscles often missed in regular workouts, while improving core strength, posture, and injury prevention.

A gentle, supportive class for new mums to rebuild strength, core stability, and flexibility after birth – all while spending time with your baby. Using the reformer, exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to your postnatal needs.

- women post natal 6 weeks after delivery
